About Me

Paul Shailendra, the Founder and CEO of SG Property Services (SGPS), is a national leader in healthcare real estate. With a lifelong passion for real estate and commercial development, Paul takes pride in SGPS’s ongoing success in delivering opportunities for clients and investors alike.

Paul earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he served on the Board of Advisors for the Civil Engineering School and the Athletic Association. He maintains strong ties to his alma mater, Woodward Academy, serving on the Governing Board since 2018. Before embarking on his real estate career, Paul gained valuable experience and established an appreciation for civic engagement while working on the staff of a U.S. Senator in Washington D.C.

Governor appointments underscore Paul’s influence in Georgia. He has served on the board of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources for over a decade and previously held a position on the Ft. McPherson Authority. He is an active member of the Executive Committee for the Buckhead Coalition and serves as chair of membership for YPO’s Georgia Chapter. Deeply committed to community service, Paul has been actively involved in numerous local and national nonprofit organizations. Paul’s civic engagement extends to board roles, including the Metro Atlanta YMCA and the Clayton County Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of L.E.A.D. Atlanta (2007) and Leadership Georgia (2011).

Paul and his wife, Amanda Bell Shailendra, reside in Atlanta with their two daughters.
