187 Chastain Road is a 3-story medical office building complex totaling 39,642 SF, build-to-suit for Piedmont Hospital that was built and acquired in 2021. Piedmont operates its Primary Care, Oncology, and Imaging groups our of there. The imaging operation includes a Linear Accelerator, MRI, and CT scan.
