About Me

Natalie Tyler-Martin serves as Vice President of Property Management at SG Property Services, LLC, where she oversees property management operations and asset performance across the firm’s real estate portfolio.

Previously, Natalie was Director of Real Estate at Veritiv, managing the company’s global portfolio of more than 20 million square feet across 120+ locations. Prior to Veritiv, she spent two decades with Duke Realty, serving as VP of Leasing and Development for the South Atlanta portfolio and leading new development initiatives. She also held the role of VP, Regional Asset Manager, overseeing property management and operations for more than 24 million square feet of industrial space across Atlanta, Savannah, and Raleigh.

Natalie is an active leader in the commercial real estate industry. She is a member of BOMA Georgia, where she served as 2021 President and currently sits on the Board, and is also involved with CREW Atlanta, the Industrial Asset Management Council, and is co-founder of Sisters in Commercial Real Estate (SICRE). She previously served as the founding Board Chair of the Airport West Community Improvement District (CID) in Fulton County from 2013–2023.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida A&M University and an MBA from Georgia State University, and has earned the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation from BOMI. In 2023, she received the John Williams CID Leadership Award from the Council for Quality Growth.

Natalie has been recognized by several publications including Florida Real Estate Magazine “30 Under 30,” Real Estate Forum “Real Estate’s Rising Stars,” Ebony Magazine “Emerging Leaders,” and Real Estate Florida Magazine “Women of Influence.”

A native of Atlanta, she lives with her husband, Clinton Tyler-Martin, and their daughter, Amia.
